Reporting a file that won't convert

Format compatibility is the hardest part of what we do, and real-world failure reports are gold. If a file fails, please include:

• The file format and, for RAW files, the camera model (e.g. “CR3 from a Canon R6 Mark II”).
• Your browser and operating system.
• The exact error message shown on the file's row.

Because everything runs in your browser, we never see your files — attaching a sample file is entirely optional, but it helps us reproduce the problem if you're comfortable sharing one.
